Scope of work
Include:
-Clean air con cover, air filter, evaporator coil, drainage tray, cleaning/vacuuming drainage pipe, blower fan, blower wheels and blade
-Check setting, electrical components, refrigerant level
-Tighten electrical contact & lubricate motor parts if required
-Test & commission FC
Exclude: gas (refrigerant) top up, chemical cleaning, replacement of parts & repair work
